This year, Spanish Fort Public Library (SFPL) will be hosting our first annual summer reading program. The festivities will kick off Monday June 6th and be held the entire month of June. The four main programs will be every Monday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. and will showcase a full variety of entertainment from a juggling unicyclist to exotic animals and reptiles close enough for you to touch! You will not want to miss all the fun learning we will be doing here at SFPL. The four main summer reading programs will be held at the Spanish Fort Community Center, just steps away from the library doors, located at 7361 Spanish Fort Blvd. All programs are FREE.

In addition to the four main Monday events, the SFPL June calendar will include a variety of fun activities and programs, for any and all variety of age groups. Everything from hula hooping to coding, to a basic how to create your own website class for adults! Storytime for lap babies and preschoolers will be Wednesday mornings, with lap babies at 9:30 and 11 a.m. for preschoolers. Please visit the library website for an update on the full June calendar of events and of course call the library anytime during business hours if you have any questions.
